Purpose

Enel is looking for a Tax Affairs Manager to join their Tax Affairs team in Romania. In this role, you will play an essential part in the company, coordinating all the fiscal activities at Enel and working closely with the Head of Administration.

Responsibilities

As a Tax Affairs Manager, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, for example:

• Coordinate the calculation of the taxes for the forecast and budget activity for all the companies of the Enel Group in Romania
• Manage together with the subordinate staff the tax inspections during their development as well as in subsequent phases (contestations, legal actions)
• Coordinate the provision of assistance with regard to the application of tax legislation in the activity of Enel Group companies.
• Coordinate the maintenance of the relationship with the tax authorities and provides information to the authorities (Ministry of Finance, Public Finance Administrations, other tax bodies)
• Coordinate the monitoring of legislative changes and prepares internal reports

Who are you?
To succeed in this position, we believe you have:

• Experience in the tax field
• Higher education in economics
• Knowledge of tax accounting.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
