Purpose

Sales Director will be the main commercial contact for named accounts within Bladefence in Europe. They will be responsible for sales, business development and resource planning within their function and be part of the company´s European Management Team. This position can be done from Bladefence´s HQ in Vantaa, Finland or remotely from anywhere in Finland or Sweden. Sales Director reports directly to the President of Europe.

Responsibilities
 

  • All sales related activities on assigned customers. New customer acquisition and management of customer relationship of key clients.
  • Business process optimization. Improving efficiency, performance and quality in sales or other operations.
  • Overall planning of resources in close collaboration with operational managers including re-quoting changed work scopes, scheduling the operational teams according to customer requirements, and making sure that work is invoiced correctly.
  • Manage and grow the European Sales Team in accordance with group strategy.
  • Reporting to the management according to instructions and/or internal processes.
  • Other tasks assigned by President Europe.

Background and Requirements
 

  • Applicable University degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in the wind sector.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with sales.
  • High level skills working with MS Office and Cloud Based Software.
  • Fluent in English and Finnish or Swedish.
