To support business growth, we are seeking an experienced and energetic Sales & Customer Success Manager to develop new commercial opportunities, as well as to nurture and increase existing revenue streams.

The Sales & Customer Success Manager is a key function that will support the business by developing the Finnish, Nordic and European markets to obtain new clients, as well as grow relationships with existing clients. In addition, the Sales & Customer Success Manager will work in collaboration with marketing and the recruitment team to ensure the success of each process.   • In return your scope of tasks will include
  • Business develop and acquire new clients in the Finnish, Nordic, & European markets
  • Build relevant networks and create great brand awareness across online platforms, such as LinkedIn
  • Attend industry trade shows, seminars, exhibitions, and networking events
  • Sales presentations, online & in-person
  • Contract negotiation
  • Account management and growth
  • Work in collaboration with the recruitment team to ensure Customer Success and satisfaction
  • CRM management


Background & Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in Sales or Account Management, ideally from the Recruitment / Human Resources sector selling recruitment services such as headhunting, executive search, or RPO
  • Experience from within the Future Technologies segment, such as Energy, Cleantech, and IT. Engineering, Industrial, Automotive, and Construction industry experience is also valuable
  • Experience in solution or service selling, account management and a strong track record in consistently delivering revenue
  • Experience in using Social Media for Sales / Social Selling

  • Native or Fluent in Finnish or Swedish with full business proficiency in English
  • Any additional Scandinavian or European languages would be advantageous but not required
