Purpose
As a Project Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing greenfield projects. After the land has been secured, your role is to make sure the permitting phase as well as the whole project itself runs smoothly all the way until the financial close. With the help of your colleagues in Finland and around the world you will have a great chance to learn and enhance your skills within the solar PV development and be at the forefront in forming the solar sector in Estonia.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate greenfield projects from permitting phase through to financial close.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and project deliverables.
• Apply and secure permits.
• Communicate with the internal stakeholders and team members (engineering, finance, legal) as well as with external stakeholders such as consultants, municipalities, and authorities.
• Support your team for example in land acquisition and lend a helping hand when needed.

Background & Requirements

• Motivated to learn new things and go outside of your comfort zone.
• Project Management experience.
• Experience from renewables, energy, or other large scale industrial projects.
• Previous experience in contract handling.
• Previous permitting experience.
• Readiness and ability to travel in Estonia and occasionally internationally.
