As a Land Acquisition Manager, you are an important part of the initial phase of project development. Your role is to focus especially on land acquisition and mapping new areas.

Depending on your interests, you can also be a part of other phases of the project development for example licensing. With the help of your colleagues in Finland and around the world, you will have a great chance to be at the forefront in forming the solar sector in Estonia.

Responsibilities

• Negotiation and administration of land lease and purchase agreements.
• Mapping land areas for solar power projects.
• Development of co-operation and communication with landowners and municipalities. Stakeholder co-operation with internal and external operators.
• Supporting your own team and co-workers in other phases of the project.

Background and requirements

• Suitable educational background.
• Previous experience in land surveying, acquisition, and contract negotiations.
• Experience from grid connections.
• Experience in managing projects and contracts.
• Willingness to travel, mostly in Estonia.

Skills

• Great communication and team working skills.
  Fluent Estonian and English language skills. German is a plus but not a requirement.
