Following the company’s growth in Sweden, KP Energy is now looking to expand their business in the Finnish market, a market that is prognosed to grow with over 400+% year over year the coming years. Therefore, they are now looking for a Key Account Manager who will play an important role in building up KP Energy’s success story in Finland. Your responsibilities include nurturing existing accounts, expanding and developing KP Energy’s clientele, and helping the business grow by keeping up to date with the market and developing the sales team.



  • Manage and develop key accounts.
  • Build and develop new, potential customers in prioritised segments to secure future sales pipelines.
  • Be responsible for achieving the set KPIs and sales revenues targets.
  • Deliver results in revenue, margin, and market share according to the business plan.
  • Be the ears and eyes on the market that feed in customer findings to software development.
  • Lead by example and behave in accordance with the corporate vision and mission.
  • Develop a highly motivated, high-performing and engaged sales team.

Background and Requirements

  • Relevant educational background.
  • Well-documented experience in sales from a digital and/or hardware business.
  • Knowledge in the energy sector in Finland, preferably in Solar PV, EV-charging or Energy storage.
  • A tendency to seek continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, efficient, organised, and structured.
  • Fluent in Finnish and English language skills.
