Junior Recruitment Consultant – Researcher

To support business growth, IE is seeking a junior recruitment consultant and researcher to support and execute our client’s recruitment needs.

The selected candidate will be working closely with experienced recruiters as well as with our sales and marketing functions to support and execute our client’s recruitment needs. The primary tasks include searching, identifying, and engaging talent.

This is a unique opportunity for a young energetic and talented HR professional that quickly seeks to develop in the HR and recruitment field. We are happy to consider both full-time and part-time applications for this position.

In return your scope of tasks will include

• Searching, identifying, and engaging talent
• Support in creation and posting of job descriptions and adverts
• Creation of a relevant network and talent community across Social Media platforms
• Screening calls and interviewing
• Organising interviews and supporting to manage the recruitment process
• CRM management
   

Background & Requirements

• Relevant educational background or studies, e.g within human resources or psychology
• Ideally some experience working within direct search, executive search, talent acquisition or other recruitment services
• Interest or experience in the Energy, Engineering, IT and Technology sectors
• An entrepreneurial mindset, ambitious, with a good work ethic and team focus
• Ideally experience in searching using Boolean strings and search platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ideally experience in using social media for candidate searching, networking, and building talent pools
• International mindset and enjoy working in a flexible and agile working environment
