The HR Generalist will support the HR function in all HR-related queries thorough the whole organization, such as managing employee lifecycle events, administering all HR-related documents and well as support with the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries, escalating appropriately where needed
  • Oversee the employee lifecycle from an admin perspective
  • Administer all HR-related documents including contracts of employment, amendment letters, termination letters, pension forms, flexible working requests, and probation letters.
  • Alongside the Head of HR review and update central HR documentation (e.g., letter and contract templates) in line with legislative changes and best practices.
  • Ensure that records are kept up to date on HRIS and other internal systems
  • Review, research, and update company policies and procedures where necessary
  • Support with Recruitment
  • Take ownership of company benefits offering
  • Actively keep up to date with new HR trends and best practices
  • Background & Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years working within an HR admin position
  • High-volume recruitment experience including sourcing and interview scheduling
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise
  • Strong understanding of Spanish employment law
  • Native or fluent in verbal and written Spanish, as well as a professional level of English language.
