The Finance Controller will have an important role when it comes to financial and business reporting, internal control, and corporate matters. The Finance Controller will be responsible for monitoring monthly CAPEX spending and preparing project control reports. Build an annual budget, monthly and yearly closing as well as forecasting.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor monthly Capex spending and prepare project control report (actual v.s. budget)
  • Build up annual budget (Opex and Capex) and communicate to the team effectively
  • Participate monthly and yearly closing. Able to give guidance for project provision
  • Provide rolling forecast both on P&L and cash with detailed information,
  • SAP (and other internal system) go live support including data base preparation, system access test and user test. Able to develop automation in system is preferred
  • SAP daily maintenance (COA, cost center, WBS) and troubleshooting if needed

Background and requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. CMA/CPA preferred
  • 5 + years of experience in finance and accounting area, with at least 2 years controlling experience
  • With manufacturing & multi-national company experience is strongly preferred
  • Fluent in French and English. Speaking Chinese is a plus
  • You will be results driven with analytical capability and the ability to innovate and simplify current process and practices.
  • You are a team player and enjoy working in an international environment
