Job Summary 

As leader of the Facility Systems you will be in charge of the deployment of the systems dedicated to the control and monitoring of the plant's utilities such as HVAC systems (Cooling, ventilation, heating), clean rooms and electrical utilities.
 
Misson:
You will participate in the creation and development of our new generation factory! 
In connection with the different departments present in different countries, your role will be: 

• To ensure the coordination of the interfaces (hardware, software, communication protocols) between the Building Management System / Energy Management System and the local control systems (PLCs and/or supervision) of the utilities of the plant, in accordance with the specifications 
• To control the developments carried out by the integrator in charge of supplying the supervision system to check in particular the conformity of this system with the functional needs
• To control/validate the HMIs (Human Machine Interfaces) proposed by the integrator
• To ensure the proper coordination of the testing, integration and qualification phases 
• To ensure periodic reporting on the progress and on the critical points 
• To share periodically with its English, American, Spanish and Japanese counterparts the feedback of experience of the ongoing projects. 
• To ensure coordination with its IT counterparts, particularly those in charge of the network and datacenters 
• To proactively propose any action likely to avoid calendar shifts
• To prepare the training / support after commissioning of the BMS/EMS systems
• In general, to carry out any action necessary for the proper execution of the deployment project 
•  To contribute to the development of the company and support changes as it develops 

These BMS/EMS systems must, in a non-exhaustive manner: 
• Be operated 24h per day and 7 days per week
• Ensure the traceability of the plant utilities status
• Monitor the utilities availability

Skill Required
• English (French not mandatory)
• Project management in an international environment
• Experience in leading deployment projects for Building Management Systems / Energy
   Management Systems systems (> 20,000 points) in an industrial environment
• Extensive experience of command-and-control systems (implementing PLCs of different brands)
• Extensive knowledge of communication protocols in industrial environment

Job Requirements
• Graduate of an engineering school in industrial automation or IT, with at least 10 years of experience in the deployment of BMS/EMS (GTB/GTC) projects in an industrial environment
• Experience in an international matrix industrial environment
• Travel to the UK or Japan to find out what is being done in other countries
• Working language: English
