To support business growth, IE is seeking an experienced recruitment consultant and headhunter to support and execute our client’s recruitment needs. The selected candidate will become a key asset for IE’s rapidly growing organization as well as the expansion of IE’s direct and executive search offering.

The candidate will be responsible for consulting our clients on recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategy. Managing our client’s recruitment process from conception to execution, be attentive to their needs throughout and be a brand ambassador for IE. In return your scope of tasks will include

• Consult and advise our clients on recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategy
• Manage our clients full-cycle recruitment processes, from commencement to execution
• Creation of job descriptions and adverts (copywriting)
• Collaborate with our Sales and Marketing functions over employer branding, advertising, and social media as well as commercial opportunities.
• Searching, identifying, engaging, and attracting talent
• Creation of a relevant network and talent community
• Interviewing, shortlisting, and submitting candidate applications
• Referencing and background checks
• Use of psychometric assessments tools
• CRM management
• Contribute to the further development of IE’s direct and executive search service offering

Background & Requirements

• 3+ years experience working within direct search, executive search, talent acquisition or other recruitment services, with a strong track record
• Ideally with experience in recruiting for the Energy, Engineering, IT and Technology sectors
• An entrepreneurial mindset, ambitious, with a good work ethic and team focus
• Experience in copywriting for job descriptions and adverts
• Experience in searching for candidates using boolean strings on search platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience in using social media for advertising, networking, and building talent pools
• International mindset and enjoy working in a flexible and agile working environment
