We are now looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager who will be responsible for driving solar construction projects to execution, working closely with corporate clients, partners, and the rest of the team to exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Managing the electrical (A/C) planning and electricity expertise for solar utility projects.
• Budgeting, and scheduling
• DSO communications; continuously stay up to date with legislation, regulations and other factors or risks that may impact your projects
• Integrating AC works as a part of the solar utility delivery process from planning to delivery and maintenance.
• Visiting project sites mainly in Germany, and occasionally around Europe
• Managing subcontractors
• Pursuing continuous development and living up to Solnet’s values

Background & Requirements

• Relevant educational background in the technical field
• Accredited for German standards and capability for AC installation tasks
• Experienced in electrical (A/C) engineering and planning
• Good technical understanding, ideally of PV Solar or another energy vertical.
• Familiarity with the regulations and technical standards of electricity within Germany.
• Knowledge of electrical (A/C) design and planning software tools
• Willingness to travel within Germany and elsewhere in Europe
• A driving license
• Expertise in solar or renewables is considered a plus

• Structured thinker with an eye for detail.
• Good social skills and a result-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in German and English is essential. Any additional European languages an advantage.
