Envision AESC is now looking for an experienced and hands-on Accounting Manager to support the team. The Accounting Manager is responsible for the execution of the month-end and year-end financial close processes. This position reports directly to the Head of Finance and interacts with all departments as well as external clients and vendors. The Accounting Manager should have a strong experience with SAP to support the implementation project. This role requires a solid understanding of compliance, internal controls, and process.


  • Bookkeeping for entire legal entity (one factory and one office)
  • Organize and prepare monthly /yearly closing, meeting reporting deadlines.
  • Prepare periodic financial reporting package (P&L, BS, and cash flow) for both IFRS and French GAAP
  • Preparation of Business Planning and Forecasting information
  • Responsible for accounts reconciliation with suppliers, custom and intercompany
  • Periodic tax filing (VAT, cave, c3s, etc.)
  • A key user for SAP implementation (FICO, MM)
  • Prepare statutory audit report, annex, management report etc.
  • Interlocutor with external audit for test, documentation, and process
