As an Account Manager at Smartvatten, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with their new and existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving customer success. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and contribute to the overall growth and success of Smartvatten.



  • Identify, generate leads, and acquire new customers .
  • Build strong networks of long-term relationships with stakeholders.
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and requests.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.


Background and Requirements

  • Relevant experience from B2B sales.
  • Full professional proficiency in Swedish and in English.
  • Solid working experience in high-growth SaaS and/or Real estate sectors as an Account manager.
  • Active mindset with the ability to expand existing customer relationships and maintain them by upselling and cross-selling. The full sales cycle (average full sales cycle 1 – 7 months).
