Waiting to recruit until a need arises simply isn\u2019t viable. The same applies to programme managers, HSE and quality leaders, and procurement professionals who can navigate complex international supply chains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Tony, the solution lies in forward planning. \u201cOrganisations that build relationships with the right experts early will find themselves ahead when projects move into execution,\u201d he explains. \u201cThose who recruit only when the work starts will already be behind.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u201cThere\u2019s a need for talent, but not many plug-and-play candidates.\u201d<\/strong><br>\u2014 <em>Simon Evans-Jones, Intelligent Employment<\/em><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simon highlights a different but complementary issue: \u201cThe data centre industry in Finland is still relatively young, which means many of the skills we need don\u2019t yet exist in a ready-made form.
