We are ideally seeking a recruiter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a flexible work ethic, with the ability to work from both home and the office. In addition, a background or interest in fields such as Cleantech, Renewable Energy, Smart Energy, Engineering, IT, Software, IoT, Data etc. would be of value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Research, map\nand develop the Finnish and Swedish markets.<\/li><li>Build, nurture\nand grow an industry relevant network.<\/li><li>Business\ndevelopment of new clients.<\/li><li>Account\nManagement of existing clients.<\/li><li>Identify, engage,\nqualify &amp; manage candidates.<\/li><li>Head-hunting.<\/li><li>Client\npresentations.<\/li><li>Contract\nproposals &amp; negotiation.<\/li><li>Copy writing\nfor job adverts &amp; marketing.<\/li><li>Targeted email\nmarketing campaigns.<\/li><li>Social Media Management\n&amp; Advertising.<\/li><li>CRM management.<\/li><li>Planning and\nrepresenting IE at local and international Exhibitions.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Our Main Requirements;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1+ years\u2019\nexperience within recruitment, or, a sales driven industry.<\/li><li>Experienced in\none or more of the following: B2B, B2C, Business Development, Sales &amp;\nAccount Management.<\/li><li>Excellent\ncommunication, organization and punctuality.<\/li><li>Outgoing\npersonality \u2013 extrovert.<\/li><li>An\nentrepreneurial mind-set, ambitious, with a good work ethic.<\/li><li>Can work\nindependently but remains a key team player.<\/li><li>Native in\nFinnish and fluent in English. Swedish would also be a bonus.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Additional;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Experience in\nsearching using Boolean strings for candidate searches.<\/li><li>Experience in\nusing a CRM platform or similar software.<\/li><li>Experience in\nusing social media for business development, marketing &amp; advertising<\/li><li>International\nexperience (work or personal).<\/li><li>Able to travel\nlocally and internationally to meet with clients &amp; attend exhibitions<\/li><li>Passionate\nabout creating a more sustainable future for our planet.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-very-light-gray-color has-text-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"background-color:#0a8055\"><strong>Sounds good?
